Drawing from years of experience and insights gained from visiting other larder facilities, we took the initiative to design and build our own state-of-the-art larder specifically tailored for deer carcasses.
Our facility was meticulously planned to incorporate the best practices and innovations we observed, ensuring optimal storage conditions and streamlined processing.
By building our facility from the ground up, we were able to implement advanced temperature control, efficient carcass handling systems, and rigorous hygiene standards. This custom-built facility not only reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry but also ensures that every deer carcass we handle is treated with the utmost care and professionalism.
In addition to processing our own venison, we actively collaborate with other professional stalkers purchasing deer directly from them to maintain a steady supply of locally sourced venison selecting only the best to ensure premium quality. Once stored, these carcasses are then forwarded into the food chain, providing a reliable source of high-quality, ethically sourced venison to the market.
